In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact as soon as possible.
Please note that all prints are made to order, if you change your mind there are no returns or exchanges. We custom make each print with the specifications you provide.
Refunds or Replacements
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (with in 48 hours of receiving your order) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can choose between a refund or a replacement.
Refunds are accepted only in the case of a defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Once a refund is issued you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Replacements are accepted only in the case of a defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will handle your replacement at our own expenses.
We do our best to deliver our products as quickly as possible. The following are an estimate of the transit times that our couriers provide. As all orders are custom made on order, the print times will vary depending on the product. All orders will be provided with a tracking number to trace the progress of the shipment. Please see below a rough guide of printing and shipping times:
Printing/Lead time: 2 – 5 days depending on print type (business days)
Shipping time: (business days)
UK, Europe, US, Canada, Australia, depending on the size of print, please allow 2-7 business days
For other countries, please allow 5 – 15 business days
Please note that whilst we do our best to ensure that production and deliveries are within the times listed, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee of the times listed above.
